Really nice stuff. The percussion throughout is immaculate. Not a lot of stuff from YLC or EKT impresses me that much, but this is making me quite jealous of you. I would go so far as to say that this track is a stroke of genius.

My only complaint is that the pads in the middle of the song could be a bit lusher. Everything else sounds quite high quality, but those are a little too flat and cheap vst sounding for my taste.

I do tend to agree somewhat about some of the pads; it seemed like they were maybe taking up a bit too much space in the frequency spectrum for my taste. But this is nitpicking really because the whole feel is so nice and enjoyable. The vocal samples that come in during the second half are just judged perfectly. This is a very unique sound - I will be keeping an eye on your tracks Mr Salvatorin!

Liking this, parts of it remind me of the katamari damacy soundtrack. Do you mind if I ask whether you used a vst for the accordion-y sound around 2.30 in?

Thanks. Actually that was a live melodica, and it used later as well, there is also a small amount of accordion. Almost all the sounds are acoustic samples.

This is great! You play with space quite well... sounds a bit Zammuto/books-ish, at least in atmosphere. I would buy an album of this.
