Guest vletrmx Posted January 6, 2013 Report Share Posted January 6, 2013 The whole woozy detune reminds me of something off Duntisbourne Abbots (which some folks apparently hated, but I really enjoyed). As far as I can tell the production's nice, and it definitely hammers in that unease. Personally, I would have liked it to go in a more melodic or unexpected direction, but as a one-track mood piece it conveys an awful lot of style. If it were melodic and a little easier on the detuned sound I'd probably like it more, but right now it's unrelentless. Mixing sounds alright for me - treble heavy but that may be fixed if that sound it brought down a few db.
