if you actually read the site, it's clear the studio (an outsourcing studio) is run by foreigners (I see a German and a Chinese, along with someone with a Korean name, possibly ABK). So much for local initiative/innovation.

as said, they're a bunch of foreigners looking to milk the cheap labor. Notice you pay offshore as well. So none of the profit goes back to "enrich the local economy" (ie. Kim Jong Un's bank acct).
