Hoisin Sauce

i had a nice beef & veggie stir fry last night with rice noodles, hoisin & sriracha. it was divine.

you could literally give me dog shit and with a dousing of hoisin, a couple squirts of sriracha, and I would tuck in happily.

in china they might actually eat that

I had Hoisin sauce (and Sriracha) slathered all over everything in my bowl the other night at the only late night vietnamese restaurant in town. Well, almost everything --decided to let my green salad remain au naturale.

Love the word 'sauce'

No joke, "sauce" is my least favorite word in the English language.

I can barely bring myself to type it.

I even contemplated if there was a way to post this topic without using that word, but figured it would just be too weird.

I don't even like thinking that word.
