Why would that be the case? Scintilli was on Warp...

I remember there was a quote by them (or someone else) saying they were no longer working with warp and that they were either looking for a new label or were going to create their own label.

can't find the quote right now, hopefully it will ring a bell with someone.

Interesting! That is really interesting to me. Plaid have been on warp pretty much since it's inception as a label, they're synonymous almost...

I need new Plaid!!!

I don't recall any of their releases before Scintilli being horribly delayed, thus I don't think there's much reason to believe that their future releases will be as delayed as Scintilli was.

So this never happened huh... I was looking forward to brightening my rather dull and depressing summer break with some new Plaid but looks like that's a no at this point.

I'm hoping it'll at least be coming out this year, add to the 2013 goodness.

Good time for me to check out Scintilli which I still haven't heard, even though I attended the live tour and even talked to the Plaid guys after the show. Was the album any good?

It's amazing. Every track is unique and it flows very nicely. 'At Last' and 'Founded' are two of their finest tracks, in my opinion.
