Trying to remember the name of a artist

He made sort of conceptual information art, they would often show the links between government and organisations, they were big piece using ovals/boxes containing text with lines showing the links. He committed suicide in the early 1980's. Similar aesthetic to Lawrence Weiner. Does this ring any bells for anyone? Going mad here.

interesting stuff. the connections need to be verified. it would be pretty funny and deceiving if those connections were bullshit. it would take a good amount of time to verify those since it's mostly names with arrows, not a thesis with logically proven facts.
