That is such terrible cover art. That type of imagery is one of the many reasons I can't stomach rock music anymore.

I actually really like the cover. I didn't care much for the music, though.

Not my favourite Nick Cave album, but he rarely lets me down.

yeah i like the cover. you could remove cave himself though and i think it would be better. the fact it is his girlfriend and his bedroom is odd.

musically the single grew on me alot and i've been liking the album too. jubilee street stands out but I need more listens to process fully

Most Nick Cave records I have heard seem to have 2 mindblowing tracks then the rest is meh. Very meh.

I heard this on bbc6 the other day, and thought it was just a beautiful, perfect song. I think Nick Caves talent lies in making me stop and listen to music I would usually balk at. If somebody else was singing a song like this I wouldnt touch it with a bargepole but his haunting gothic voice makes me listen.

I really liked the album, at least a lot more than his previous, Dig Lazarus Dig. Was able to get some tickets to see them live in April... really excited for that.
