Saw a rerun from the first season a little while back; dude was about a third the size he is now.

They have really nailed the name of this restaurant/monstrosity.

I don't understand why anybody would choose to eat there by looking at that menu. Even really fat people must think it's a bad idea.

I seem to remember reading that a lot of their customers are actually skinny Asian people doing it as a one time tourist thing, because "ridiculously excessive pile of meat & cheese" is the most American form of sandwich short of one with little flags & machine guns sticking out of it
