You're probably wondering why this thread has been pinned. Did Squee pin this thread by accident? Nope.

I've pinned this thread because it is a prime example of how NOT to behave in the "Your Latest Creation" Forum. Go on, read. It's quite hilarious.

Okay I hate to be a dick here - especially since I'm also new to WATMM. But here goes. Did you see the "Read before starting a new thread" thread at the TOP OF THE PAGE? Within you would have found a friendly recommendation that a user should review ten works before submitting one. You have not done this.

Sooo...I really think you should take the advice and review some tunes. Not only is fair, listening to others' work will help YOU, as well.

Because...

Your first effort ain't that good. There's very little structure. The lead pad sounds like a preset - boring. The more percussive sound is distorted - not in a good way, either.

So just step back and listen to what other peeps are doing. Maybe you can draw some influence and learn a thing or two. It will also give you time to build some chops.

I absolutly give a fuck about what you just said and I absolutly give a fuck about people that try to tell artists what they should do and how they should sound. This tune needs to sound like this. Its composed after a nightmare and what you hear is not a preset. I never use presets. Its a very complex patch and its part of a synthesizer that I designed. The beat is just perfect for this awesome melody and the sound color is very brown and grey so I used a very special process of distorting it and I worked months on this track to get this extremly special sound.

This track is actually the best tune I heard for ages, its feels like this track shouldn´t exist because its that much out of this reality and it feels like I had the amazing ability to manifest this sonical brilliant construct. Its made with extremly much sonical processings and thats because my music stands above the fucking stuff most other people compose and produce and thats because my music is not the based up on poser emotions because its real emotion and it contains the unknown reality around the reality that people experience each day.

My music is just amazing. I could listen to my stuff all day. But I´m 2 busy creating new stuff day and night so my dreaming moments get probably projected into my musical process and thats a good thing.

@Omega Wood - Waveblueform may not have put it in the nicest way, but he is right, though...

You should not post a new thread before you've commented or given feedback to at least a couple of tunes. You give some and you get some. It's pretty logical when you think about it. I've made a thread about about. You should go read up on it.

Second of all, you need to calm the fuck down. How old are you? 5? Grow up, grow a pair, and learn how to take things like a man.

You're posting your music on an online forum and by doing so you're automatically putting your music into the open which means that you're almost guaranteed to get some negative feedback.

Thirdly, you're not getting "attacked" like you said in your report (which by the way is one of the funniest reports I've ever read) and no, Waveblueform is not a troll.

Furthermore... no, I will not delete this thread, because your reaction to all of this is a PRIME example of how NOT to behave on this forum. Instead, I'm gonna pin this thread and also post the report you sent us for everyone to see, because I don't want anyone else to behave the way you did.

Perfect. My trick was pretty clever. Now my stuff is pinned on WATMM. Is still anyone here that has a problem with my mind of genius? I'm not going to lie, 90 % of that track is not very good (though I quite liked the ending). But with that said, I love you as a person. And sometimes, that's enough.

and by the way Squee, the way you did that, it makes it look like you made the track and a fake account to prove your point, at least thats how i first interpreted it. it took my a second to realize wtf was going on. you might want to change your message to point out that it isn't actually your track, you probably pissed the guy off even more.
