Just something quite pleasing I stumbled upon:

That's not a Game Boy game, that's the 1997 PS One classic game, Vib Ribbon, which you could load in your own audio CDs, and the game would procedurally generate the game levels from the music.

Found the vid because my girlfriend had never heard of vib ribbon and I wondered if anyone had uploaded a vid of them playing it with an aphex cd. I used to attempt it with the RDJ LP but the first track was ridiculous on VR.

The most satisfying CD I used to use for vib ribbon was osc-dis by mad capsule markets

I remember the toughest level I played on Vib Ribbon was Underworld's M.E. - There was something about the frequencies and volume level that completely freaked it out and it shoved about a billion rotating shapes towards you at once.
