I only uploaded one because, I didnt want to upload my whole personal collection if no one was feeling them...I do not follow the "traditional" form of any genre, I create an inbetween of ambient/hip-hop/r&b/pop/contemporary....its always a mixture

Hey

New members get alot of hazing here. You posted in the right section, but the forum rules require that you participate in the community (namely commenting on other people's tunes) before it's cool to post your own stuff.

Your tune is alright. In my opinion it is lacking movement, grit, dynamism. Your piano arpeggios are alright except they lack dynamics and swagger (i.e. they sound like quantization has sucked the life out of them). Do you have a MIDI keyboard? If so, I would highly highly highly highly highly highly highly highly highly suggest performing at least some of your synth stuff. That alone will set you apart from 80-90% of the field. I guess my bottom-line suggestion to you is to start obsessing (more) about the details, because that is what sets apart the great artists from the literally millions of mediocre ones.

Thank you for your input, & I will post some of my more detail oriented ones. I play most of the things I make on a keyboard, but I have to try to mimic in a program because my usb/midi port is broke..I plan on replacing the keyboard soon. I figured some would say its a bit too "plain", but I kind of thought thats what people wanted to hear on a walk or something lol.
