I like how messy (in a good way) this is. Lots of stuff going on and some super pretty melodies and synths and stuff.

The only thing that could be improved would be some more interesting drums. Not that I have anything against all those 'classic' drum machine sounds, but I feel the track would be even more interesting to listen to, with some more unique sounding drums. That's my only 'complaint' though. Everything else is very enjoyable.

A+...Don't listen to foil. All my criticisms would be mixing related. Like the metallic lead needs to be touched up a bit because it hurts my ears. Maybe it is sitting at too high a frequency or something. The kick seems like the length is slightly too long. The 808 kick always seems that way to me. I struggle with it. This is a banger though.

Hit me instantly, those kind of sporadic baseline sequences and the subtle shakers going back and foward.

Cheers, mixing is definitely the thing Im trying to work most on. Up till recently I've just basically been hitting record, then doing some arrangement and rendering. Never been arsed to even think about the mix or sound quality, but it's such a big part of it. So any mix feedback is great

Interestingly, I had been listening to your music on headphones which probably made the minor things more apparent. On speakers any mixing issues aren't really noticeable. I think the mix on most songs can always be better especially if you don't have a lot of experience as an engineer.
