LimpyLoo
OP Unless you are making ambient interludes, choons require form and progression and generally to do something, anything. Maybe take PKD's advice about writing a novel and apply it to choons: find a choon you love meticulously chart the details of the choon the form how it builds what is added and what is taken away stuff like that Thanks Haha Confused Sad Facepalm Burger Farnsworth Big Brain Like × Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/78376-how-do-i-make-this-interesting/#findComment-1980490 Share on other sites
Guest Hermann
Definitely agreeing with limpyloo's advice, and also like the idea of making it slightly more bluesy. I´m hearing a possible nice heavy but still quite mellow bassline that´s constantly changing as it progresses, possibly building upwards then downwards and aaaaall around. Good luck! Guest fogukaup
thanks for all the great advice. I like the idea of developing an ambient hip hop vibe. I'm going to try out Limpy's advice with an ella fitzgerald track.
