New Track - Óræg

Hey, haven´t posted here in a while, so thought I´d do just that.

A backwards version of a track I made called Gæró, here you have it, Óræg.

Let me know your deepest inner thinkings.

It's a beautiful track you're posting there, has a lot of depth. Have you been taking a break from music making somehow, or maybe just from posting systematically on soundcloud ? And are you sometimes thinking about making a release ? Sorry if it sounds noisy, I just really like this stuff and wonder if you have some plans about it

Have been thinking about releasing for a while, but haven´t got much further than the "thinking about it" process. Maybe I´m just not confident with myself as an electronic musician enough yet.

I´ve been working more these days on some other compositions that I plan to play with a group that we´ve just recently put together, so that´s probably why I´m not putting out as much electronic stuff.

But I got some tracks in the process, they´re just taking a while to complete.

Thanks for the interest, I´ll try and get posting stuff again and will definitely "consider further" the releasing idea ;)

even backwards this song rocks. very cool man! i might even go as far as saying that the backwards version is better imo.

You should defiantly release your material. This is grat stuff. My sort of thing. Have more confidence in yourself ;-)

Really like this, and intrigued to hear the original. Nice deep sound and love the way the drums pan around.. nice one!

I like the feeling, remembers me of some post-rock bands. Good production, i like these strings and backward effects.

it's unique, immersive and enjoyable. one idea, at 2:19, with the flute harmonies, maybe make them sound more like separate flutes. it is really good, though, so maybe just leave it alone. i dig the original, too.

Very nice, the only part that would make it more perfect to me is twice as less of that minor bells, they're good when solo but ruining mood of track a bit later

i'm really sorry if i don't have anything motivating to say. the overall chords that define this track don't really do nothing for me, therefore the melodies over it do the same, don't think i like the palette of sounds used for the drums either, neither the effects you used on them (reverbs, delays, flangers, etc), i mean, you sure do know how to manage things, i just don't like the elements and techniques you used that's all.
