Well here is the actual address in case anyone is going to hang around for this. I know the area and there are a few big screens on that block (in addition to the one on the suit shop).

In English it's:

Maybe it'll be a clue to a second new album - that'd be dope as fck. I'm a bit disappointed that I will not be able to go myself.

Basically it just says

"Tonight at midnight in "scramble intersection" Boards of Canada will communicate (broadcast) a riddle".

I'm not sure how they know the content of the message or the fact it will be a riddle?

I just need a live cam of that area. Can someone link me to a live cam of that location?

I can't get out of my head the idea of how funny it would be if there was just nobody who cared about their riddles from the start

If nobody bothered posting the contents of the promos with numbers on them or even bothered to buy them

Nobody went to that gas station or bothered to crack the website hidden message thing

And they put all this work into the record hunt and there was some big show in Japan and just nobody showed up

My guess is the message will be on this screen. The one in the middle "mighty vision". In which case there is definetly a live streaming web cam I'll take a look to see if I can find one.

It could be a view of Shibuya scramble crossing. I'm not sure though. No audio but you could get an idea of what's going on at 24:00.
