Guillermo S. Herren, aka Prefuse 73, is launching a new record label, Yellow Year Records, alongside photographer Angel Ceballos. The label's first offering will be a twelve-volume series of collaborative EPs called Speak Soon. The monthly releases will find Prefuse 73 working with Teebs, Nosaj Thing, Lapalux, Synkro, Nathan Fake, Dimlite, and others.

Here's a trailer for the label, featuring some forthcoming music by Prefuse 73 and Teebs:

Hell yes indeed, just saw this on FB and was coming to make a thread. Finally some P73+Teebs stuff will be coming out. I guess it'll be an EP, not yet a full album (if ever?). EPs are cool though, very much looking forward to these releases.

Also in the video credits at the end it says Warp Records. Hmmm, wonder if that's just for distribution or if there is a separate P73+Teebs release planned for Warp.

Looks like Warp gave him an imprint. Releases come out under the YYR banner, but are really distributed by Warp.
