Salvatorin
like the concept and execution, but the bass needs to be deeper, rumblier, it needs to overwhelm a bit in this kind of music, imo Thanks Haha Confused Sad Facepalm Burger Farnsworth Big Brain Like × Quote Hide Salvatorin's signature Hide all signatures Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/79728-david-peck-s-k-u-l-k-i-n-g-s-p-e-c-i-e-s/#findComment-2036435 Share on other sites
Deepex
I can appreciate that, but as you can see the bass is already easily the loudest element in the track. Most of the high peaks are the bass notes. Adieu
Really like the work on this one. I like that you sort of found that sweet spot between noisey chaos and structure. The way it should be in my opinion. Thanks Haha Confused Sad Facepalm Burger Farnsworth Big Brain Like × Quote Hide Adieu's signature Hide all signatures There will be new love from the ashes of us. Just make a classic sine wave sub bass and add a tiny bit cutoff to it, just to give the smooth sine wave a tiny bit of structure and edge which will then make it sound louder. That way you won't have to turn up the bass so loud for it to stand out :) Thanks Haha Confused Sad Facepalm Burger Farnsworth Big Brain Like × Quote Hide all signatures Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/79728-david-peck-s-k-u-l-k-i-n-g-s-p-e-c-i-e-s/#findComment-2036554 Share on other sites
Deepex
I usually accept feedback whether I agree with it or not, but this bass tone IS two sine waves, one peaking at less than 47hz. That's pretty deep in my opinion. Guest jivatma das
really like the work you've done. varied textures and a good and fixed mood. good attentions to structuring details. leaves a nice impression when over.
