Concept behind Tomorrow's Harvest?

I'm fairly new to BoC and am perhaps a little behind with this kind of information, so bare with me....

Going on the tracknames and overall dystopian tones of the album, it feels as though there is a strong theme of life drawing to an end. Similarly, other albums sound like like other phases in life, and the albums seem to be in chronological order...

even roygbiv (I'm most of you know this is the last track from the first album) sounds, to me, like the childhood coming to an end and bravely entering a new phase of your life

sorry if this is an obvious question but I couldn't find any answers on wikipedia :~)
