it's an EQ based on the boids algorithm, you control one band and it affects the others. Done in an attempt to make really mutant/organic filter sweeps. Meant to be used at very low volumes, like it says, to add a sort of 'turbulence' to the song

warning, it might get like O^2 less efficient or whatever as you add more boids, because there's each boid has to check every other boid and loops from hell like that
