Akai Mpk Mini - Help requested

New to the forums, if this isn't the place to ask, let me know :)

I've been using an Akai Mpk Mini controller for making music in Ableton Live. However, I'm still struggling with the Mpk Mini editor, figured it could help me tweak the board to send commands to my liking instead of using the presets now.

Problem is, the Editor is 100% non responsive. I can't upload, I can't get presets from the device currently, when I change presets, no settings change, they're always the same until I change them myself or I directly load a preset from my hard drive. Figured a confirmation would show up when I click upload, but when I click anything that's not part of the device, nothing happens. Anybody else having this problem?

It definitely sounds like you need to format the floppy drive in your computer,

if this doesn't help good luck

but maybe try akai support?

i have an akai mpk mini and unfortunately i cant even seem to find my floppy drive, and now i'm really befuddled because who knows what else i am missing.
