Copy/Paste the YouTube URL and that's it. For safety reasons, just use the simple YouTube URL such as

http://youtu.be/O9E_Bc3OSOs

to embed a youtube clip all you have to do is click the share button under the clip that you are viewing on youtube. It will give you a link that the forum understands when it's posted on a page.
