Max Loderbauer - Transparenz

"With credits ranging from the Moritz Von Oswald Trio to the ambient group Sun Electric and his NSI collaboration with Freund (with whom he shares a studio), Loderbauer isn't new on the scene. Up until now, though, he's always appeared alongside other producers. It's not surprising, then, that the label describes the album as especially personal, with Loderbauer bringing the sound of many of his other projects into one cohesive work. Transparenz was improvised entirely on hardware—his Buchla and Eurorack modular synths figure prominently—without the aid of a computer or multitrack recorder. Hard Wax, who handles distribution for Non Standard Productions, has the vinyl doublepack now, which means it should be available worldwide in short order."

what i've heard has got me extremely excited. i would recommend anyone, who has the time, give this a thorough sampling.

'jea' is a really beautiful trac. several of these tracs r quite mesmerizing to my ears. this release has immediately grabbed my attention. 'slowrag' and 'giant hug' r very soothing
