Whats the 80s electro song that has this melody...

So many years ago, I remember hearing this 80s electro-pop number.

Here's what I can remember:

• The main melody was somewhat like this (I can't reproduce it properly, so this is very approximate) and done on a sine-wave synth:

• The vocals were all vocoder-y
• Leading into the chorus there was lots of arpeggios and laser noises

Its been stuck in my head for years and I don't know what its called or who it was by.
