Anthony Manning needs Aphex assistance

Anthony Manning is struggling to identify an Aphex track. he says:

"In the early 90s I had an Aphex track on tape, a track that consisted of a few hard 303 lines interweaving with a sparse but heavy beat propelling it along. I'm fairly sure the 12" label said it was recorded in a Berlin studio. Does anyone know what this track might be ? I have had no luck finding it ..."

He says it here on his Facebook page where others have made some suggestions already, but no-one seems to have hit the jackpot.

Any ideas?

He got it on tape, but he describes the 12" label? I also don't think Aphex ever recorded anything in Berlin? The description of the music (beats and a 303 in early 90's) is also pretty useless.
