soundwave
Jonah Sharp's other alias' and collabs are excellent too as are Move D's. check out Sea Biscuit, Quiet Logic (if you can find it), Instant Replay, Wechselspannung, Alien Comunity if you want that early-mid 90's 'ambient techno' sound. His later albums got more jazzy lounge than electronic. worth checking out Higher Intelligence Agency too Thanks Haha Confused Sad Facepalm Burger Farnsworth Big Brain Like × Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/80539-reagenz-reagenz-94/#findComment-2063120 Share on other sites
goDel
That Reagenz album is awesome indeed. Only a minute ago I realized - after checking discogs - they did another album together (they being Moufang and Sharp). Upon hearing the youtube at discogs I'm not quite sure if I like it as good as the '94 album, but the story on discogs is notable, to say the least: Quote They recorded the first album, entitled 'Reagenz' in both San Francisco and David's native Heidelberg, Germany in 1994 after meeting before an early Autechre show in San Francisco. In May 2008 they met up again, having not seen each other for 13 years, in Tokyo (coincidentaly at an Autechre show!) and managed to spend productive days in a studio owned by a Japanese analog synth collector. They did another session in Heidelberg and David also visited Jonah in early 2009, slowly finalizing the new recordings.
