Marcia Blaine School for Girls

Retro day today (and when I say "Retro", I love the thought our music is still very progressive and not outdated at all). Marcia Blaine School for Girls seem to have been great back in the days. It was all ruled by Ae and those - and I feel MBSFG need more attention, have been too neglected... I didn't ever listen properly enough to "Halfway into the woods"... "Still" was very interesting IIRC.

The track I loved most, really listened like 500 times to it, was "Deedee's douche door" from Eponymous EP. It had that kind of tragic epicness melody like from a movie... Bought it on https://bleep.com/release/3747-marcia-blaine-school-for-girls-eponymous-ep

I remember Marcia Blaine from soulseek. From Ireland I think? He made some chill tunes back then.

Scottish lot... Glasgow if my memory serves rightly. I remember buying the Pink Sticks 7" (10 years ago?! fffffuuuu), and they were quite generous with putting up mixes and the like, but anything I downloaded got lost in a hard drive blunder years ago. They did some good stuff, I haven't listened in years so might have to dig back and see what I missed.
