Melodic IDM along the lines of Aphex or Plaid, tasteful rock/electro and hip hop.. I love a bunch of other genres too but they are the main ones, I enjoy Nick Drake a lot.

I love listening to LBC (Londons Biggest Conversation) talk radio. LBC is brilliant and like someone said before cuts the monotany of endless tunes.

You have the right-wing view of Nick Ferrari 7-10 then 10-1 its the brilliant left-wing view of James O'Brien. Both of them are good value.
