Not sure if a good purchase tbh, but its a shop unit in Soho so probably worth that price anyway. The extensive record collection inside must be worth a bit though...

At some point being a starving artist or bohemian will be only possible by inhabiting cheap tract homes on the edge of cities. Vast lower middle-class suburban neighborhoods: the next hip frontier!
