Moonlight through Bare Branches

This piece got me thinking about musical space in a very interesting way. I spent a good portion of the process rhythmically slicing up some of the atmospheric and textural layers to interact in various ways with the percussion, envisioning the percussion as tree limbs and the diced up chords as the beams of iridescent moonlight that they split.
