Triborough (bootleg) [attempt at "live" sound]

I have had this up for a while but haven't posted it here yet. Anyway, I've found myself listening to a lot of live recordings of sets recently and in some cases (e.g. AFX Untitled 4) I think the live version might be better than the (eventual) produced version. I dunno, there's something about the crowd reactions and the low-fi quality that I have come to like.

So I piped in some crowd noise and reverb to make this sound like a soundboard recording. I think it works. What do you think? I'm going for a classic IDM with some vocals thing. If I had decent synths (and talent) I'd probably be trying to do what Trackermatte does, but alas, I've got Reason and a fundamental misunderstanding of melody.

Lyrics are "That bridge is a trophy for math."

Sounds good man, I saw 'IDM with vocals' and was kind of apprehensive but the vocals are nicely done, subtle and unobtrusive!
