sergeantk
What are some good condenser mics for someone on a bit of a budget ($100 or less would be an ideal price)? I need it to record vocals and acoustic guitar. I already have an SM57. modey
I bought a pair of Behringer condensers (C-2 I think) for $100; they're pretty basic but good enough for recording acoustic instruments/vocals imo. Guest
If you can go a little steeper on the price, these are excellent:http://advancedaudio.ca/collections/fet-microphonesThe cheapest alternative of a Neumann I know and very comparable quality.Audio-Technica makes cheap condenser mics as well:http://www.audio-technica.com/cms/wired_mics/2e21cfb668854714/index.html Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/81470-condenser-mics/#findComment-2100053 Share on other sites
spunktronics
http://www.rodemic.com/mics/m3 Love this mic and you can get them for about £69, great on acoustics and other stringed instruments. sheatheman
You know what is a good cheap brand? Seismic Audio. They don't make condensers but they make good stuff. http://www.amazon.com/Seismic-Audio-SASTSX-25-Instrument-Colored/dp/B006W5IKG8/ref=sr_1_18?ie=UTF8&qid=1386187838&sr=8-18&keywords=seismic+audio+instrument+cables Thanks Haha Confused Sad Facepalm Burger Farnsworth Big Brain Like × Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/81470-condenser-mics/#findComment-2100148 Share on other sites
