Condenser mics

What are some good condenser mics for someone on a bit of a budget ($100 or less would be an ideal price)?

I need it to record vocals and acoustic guitar. I already have an SM57.

I bought a pair of Behringer condensers (C-2 I think) for $100; they're pretty basic but good enough for recording acoustic instruments/vocals imo.

Love this mic and you can get them for about £69, great on acoustics and other stringed instruments.

You know what is a good cheap brand? Seismic Audio. They don't make condensers but they make good stuff.
