A day at NASA with F5F's

So I had the opportunity to take a tour of Plum Brook today and I got some really cool pictures (albeit a few are hazy) that I figured I share with you all.

Also on a side note for those that know, Plum Brook is where they shot the first 10 mins or so of the Avengers. If you guys remember the scene where Loki first arrives in that chamber, thats where i was.

nah, they dont have a shop or anything at Plum Brook. the only souviner that ive gotten so far is a NASA pen that i stole off my desk. lol

luckily they didnt have anything proprietary that was being tested at the time (at least where we were). thats the only reason i was able to get the pictures in the first place. otherwise that place would have been sealed up tight.

the cooliest thing i think is that blue tank. its like ove 60ft tall and they test rockets inside of it. that picture where you see the crane digging that massive whole, thats it. We got to go inside of it.

Also that speaker room was really cool too. someone could whisper at one end of the room and youd hear it clear as day at the other end.
