This may be the most vague request ever as beyond the topic description I don't know much else. Basically the lyrics were along the lines of his dislike for the outside world so he would rather stay indoors. There were 80's synths. Stewart Lee played it at the end of his stand-up set so chances are it's obscure and pretentious.

 

This is a long shot and sorry I can't help more but if you help me I will love you a little bit.

It really should be as a quick google search has shown he's a fan but sadly not (unless my brain is remembering it wrong), but the synths seemed more prominent and the vocals a lot cheesier, still a cool video though.
