Recomendations: Zurich

I will be in Zurich for 2 weeks working, do any you guys have recommendations for things for me to see in the city? Anything, shops, buildings, synth shops, streets etc

if you're into contemporary art, there's loads and loads of galleries in zürich. the löwenbräu areal may be a good start because its lots of places, including a museum, in one

and then theres this thing: http://ronorp.ch/ which requires registration, but is pretty much a (daily, i think) newsletter for city tips

for parties you can try this page: http://zuerich.usgang.ch/events.php but it seems to show loads of crap, i don't really know about any underground stuff because i'm pretty new to switzerland (basel)

also theres some squats in the city iirc which also host cultural events, forgot their names tho

edit: also there's a huge lake like 1 km from the central station which is quite beautiful, but you probably already know that
