Mr.Mukatsuku - Most underrated Wagon Christ song

Mr. Mukatsuku is an incredible song, I'm amazed it's not more popular. I'm not just saying this because I like it either; everyone I show this song to likes it, regardless of what kind of music they listen to, and many love it. It is one of my personal favorite songs as well obviously; 1:10 makes me melt.

Anyone else here feel the same?

I grew up with the Jaco record so this tune to me feels a bit like Kayne's "Stronger."

Yeah but I feel he uses it in a pretty original way (also i posted that vid in the OP). And I guess that complaint pretty much applies to all of LV's music lol. I personally wouldn't have found that tune, which is also one of my favorites, if it weren't for Luke, so I guess there's that.

Also I like Stronger.

I'd say it's equally effective as the Pastorius original, for completely different occasions. For me that alone is enough to legitimize the remake/sampling.
