Guest Jimmy McMessageboard
This has bothered me forever and I have never found any answer by searching. But I know there must a simple solution. So I am trying to cut a loop from a longer piece of audio I loosely highlight the area, then I zoom in on the start of the selection and find the point where the wave hits the center to avoid the clipping. Then I want to do the end too. So I zoom out and I try to zoom in on the end but it jumps to the start of the selection. How do I zoom in on the end of the selection? Soundforge 10. modey
Click the end position of the loop, it should place the cursor there. The zoom function is based on cursor location. I haven't used soundforge beyond v6 though so it might be different! Guest Jimmy McMessageboard
Yes I think you're right. If I move the end marker a small amount and then try to zoom it zooms on the end. So by moving the end I must be moving the cursor.
