What do I need to do in order to make this piece of intergalactic empire swingtrance fully dancefloor compatible?

I'm so stuck on this track, SO STUCK!!! I don't know what to do, I fear it's gonna be chucked in the ''later'' bin, which already has like hundreds of tracks in it...
