Guest brendyman
The embedding isn't working since it's private so you'll just have to click the "Listen on Soundcloud.com" link. But anyway, I just got the Zoom H6 field mic and it's damn near perfect. I made the percussion in this song out of samples of me tapping on paint cans and cardboard boxes. https://soundcloud.com/brendyman/sketch33_b/s-TaJ9l Tell me what you think. DorkingtonPugsly
Enjoyed this one a lot. Your music's always got this playful yet careful and calming sound. All the textures seemed to meld together nicely. Let me download it haha (wana listen while driving) edit: Also, wanted to hear more of the part from 0:57~1:44 or at least the beginning bit, like develop it more but then I don't know if that would end up sounding unnatural because this track already has a smooth progression. But yeah I would've liked to hear more 0:57~1:13 like the piano melody. Thanks for the feedback! Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/82606-brendan-rincon-sketch33_b/#findComment-2139057 Share on other sites
array56
Its late at night where I am and this track was very nice to listen to, love the piano. But then again I like pianos also with electronic music. I am also really impressed with the percussion sounds, reverb is spot on. Should be a public track :) I played this 3 times Thanks Haha Confused Sad Facepalm Burger Farnsworth Big Brain Like × Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/82606-brendan-rincon-sketch33_b/#findComment-2139070 Share on other sites

I'm not making it public because I've noticed that once I publicize tracks I tend to just be like "Well, done with that" and I never make anything else that could go with it on an album or something. So I have the feeling that if I keep them private it will be more motivation for me to finish an album or EP so I can release the songs.
