Elektron support fail?

Has anyone had experience with support at Elektron? Good/bad?

My Octatrack is playing up and i bought it second hand so I'm trying to get in touch with Elektron to transfer the registration and then i can repair it under warranty.

Two and half weeks later and no reply. Should i just give up and pay to repair it? Have a couple of gigs coming up and the OT is usually the fat controller.

Elektron support can be a very mixed bag.

Right now they are busy with Musikmesse..

Cool, i don't think i can afford to repair it without the warranty anyway so ahhhh. Guess i just wait.
