Help finding a pop song...

Once again I drop to my knees and wish for the fountains of WATMM's mutli-layered musical knowledge to drench me asunder

I was listening to the radio last week,tuning around, a song came on mid way through, sounded sort of like The Police, the only notable thing I took note of was the lyrics which (if i remember correctly) kept repeating:

"How do i know your feeling....How do i know your feeling...How do i know your feeling..."

Love ballad type song.

Dang it felt good...took the lyrics down assuming it would be the song title, but ney - and upon searching google I still can't find anything close to it

any ideas?
