Vibert - Aphex Twin remix

I have this tune on my herd drive and didnt see it anywhere else online can anone shed any light on whether its a geniune remix or not?

important notes!

this is generally thought to be an aphex twin track which was not released, and given to luke. most of the internet has it as the winner of a remix contest where aphex used Tahnaiya Russelll as a pseduonym, but recent speculation has found some discrepancies with this.

the sonic rings sound at the start is not actually part of the track, but the ending of Sidthug by Spac Hand Luke mixed into it. mixes well, though!
