His eyes are twats, but who is to say his roast beef lips will differ? Depending on the twats the tattoo artist uses as a guide, his face may end up as a triangle of three beefy twats.

If this is the case I suggest blocking his nasal cavities with the removed eyes and piercing in two bleached anus' (1 cm lower down) as a replacement.

Draw a large pentagram on the floor with virgins blood (your own will do), summon the dark one and enter into the underworld. Once there pledge allegiance to the dark one and he will grant you the ability to edit and delete posts at will. Or upgrade to Expert Knob Twiddler (same process applies but with Joyrex in place of Satan and a WATMM sign instead of a pentagram).
