"Linen" Album or EP concept

Hey guys!

What do you think about this as an EP or Album? I have an idea for the concept which is that you approach an abandoned house and explore it. The track titles hint as to the journey. I'm thinking of adding some more FX that adds to this feeling of entering different rooms - i.e. some doors opening/closing basically.

I have two more tracks in mind to add with the length of maybe 3-5 minutes.

Some questions:

- Is there is enough material for an album you think or should I strip it and make an EP?

Right now it's 23.25 minutes plus maybe 6-10 additional minutes coming up .

- Is the concept a little contrived and perhaps unnecessary?
