Yeah, the wiki for lambda mentions the aphex connection. It also note that the uppercase for lambda is used by another musician!

A couple of years ago i was wearing a red Aphex Twin shirt i got from his gig in Copenhagen 2011 and some guy with two of his friends walked past me and he pointed at the logo on

my shirt and said "Yeah, Half-Life!" or something. This happened twice.
