Crazy gear collection, but the space itself looks terribly depressing. If those are really concrete walls and a low concrete ceiling I feel kind of sorry for the man.

Seeing the height of that desk with the 303s and SH-101 on it makes my back sting with phantom pain

I am actually glad that somebody doesn't have that same shitty mid-class sterile room with large windows view on a garden - now that's depressing to me. Where's the fucking grit nowadays.

expresses something similar. It would be just his house guys and that the room that was most fit for purpose. Personally i wouldn't care where my studio was as long as i had a studio, might want to invest in some sound dampeners and ducted air though. I'd imagine all those machines would be pumping out the heat into a basement space, there is an extractor fan.

Yes, i thought of that, but it is in the basement everyone was saying and they do have summer/insulation. Maybe i just don't understand frozen shithole though, and his house may not have been properly constructed for the conditions and this whole modular thing is his effort to finally keep warm in a tax friendly way. "FORM 23A line 47: all the materials and power are for my business"

yeah id be cool to just HAVE a studio hahaha. whether or not it was in a studio apartment or a gas station bathroom.
