Pretty nice. I get the sense that this fellow is composing entirely for himself rather than a perceived audience which is a good way to be.

I haven't heard any Windy & Carl before. Similar to this?

It was a while since I last heard some Windy & Carl, but I remember it being close to a religious experience. Antarctica and Consciousness are simply some of the best albums I've ever heard.

Will definitely pick this up.

yeah, they've always been pretty darn chill, but I think this new album by Carl shows quite a level of refinement.

some of their early singles from the 90's that were more song oriented were amazing. check out Introspection - a 3 disc collection, if you have a chance.

also recommend stopping by their record store if you ever find yourself in dearborn, michigan.

I picked up the CD the other day. Still need to give it a listen. I'll actually be seeing Carl perform at Substrata Festival 1.4 this summer.
