Well it's the first proper "studio" album since 8 Characters so it's really been a long time coming. Jetlag, Arrhythmus and 9v1 have all been live albums effectively.

This could very well happen. I bought a big ass box of C90s - a 9v1/Arrhythmus tape release is definitely happening - so it's on the cards
