Is CHATMM broken?

It's been a couple days now, and the indicator doesn't show anyone is in the chat room.
When I try to join I get a message saying "Oops! something went wrong" and "The IP.Chat room limit has been reached. You will not be able to join the chat room until some users first leave."

It's fixed - the license expired (I think IPB did this on purpose) without renewing - now it's an annual renewal instead of semi-annual, and it's 90USD (forum+blogs+chat with 25 user limit). I've renewed them, so it is now working.
