anyone have positive experience with acupuncture?

my mom recently went to an intense 1 1/2 hour session for her severe migraines.

makes me think i should go to a smaller session for my aches and pains..

worth it?

My grandma gets acupuncture for nerve pain and restless leg syndrome and I guess it works pretty well.

I've had it for some severe muscular pain in my shoulder in the past. Worked a treat, I'd definitely recommend it... They did those hot cup things on me as well which was cool...whole session was about an hour, didn't get any issues afterwards.

Didn't really work for me, I prefer a physio to give the muscle a proper work through, hard to find a strong enough physio though.

I've heard it's good for sinuses, which I might try.
