Guest Phonejack
I would hope so. Anyway, to cut to the chase basically whenever I export something from OpenMPT it always comes out sounding slower and ever so slightly murkier than it does when it plays in the tracker. It doesn't matter what file type I export it as, and I've tried messing around with all of the exporting options to see if that did anything but still to no avail. Guest
never used it sorry but found this on a wiki page. if it helps!? DefaultToSoundcardSamplerate: By default, the export dialog presets the export frequency to the tracker’s currently selected sample rate. One reason for this behaviour is that some plugins do not like it when the sample rate is changed between normal playback and export. If you do not like this behaviour, you can set this value to 0. In this case, OpenMPT remembers the previously selected sample rate instead. http://wiki.openmpt.org/Manual:_Hidden_Settings Edited June 26, 2014 by Guest Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/83930-anyone-know-anything-about-openmpt/#findComment-2181604 Share on other sites
mcbpete
Yep my Buzz does the same with some synths - You might have a sample rate of 48Khz but are exporting as 44.1Khz (or vice versa). Leading to that pitch discrepancy.
